Who we are
This site belongs to myynd, run by its two founders, Amanda Sartini and Tobia Donadon. Questions about anything on this page: hello@myynd.ai.
What we collect, and why
Three things happen on this site that involve your data. All three are optional.
- Booking a call. Name, email, and anything you type in the note field, plus your company name if you give it. We use it to put the call in both calendars, send you the confirmation and the video link, and prepare for the conversation. The event lives in our Google Calendar, so Google processes it on our behalf.
- The knowledge risk quiz. Your answers are scored in your browser. Nothing leaves it unless you ask us to follow up at the end; then we receive the details you type (name, email, phone, company) together with your score, so the follow-up starts from your result instead of from zero. That lands in our Google workspace too.
- Analytics. If, and only if, you allow it on the cookie banner, Google Analytics tells us which pages get read, how far people scroll, and which buttons get clicked. It sets cookies to tell returning visitors from new ones. If you decline, no analytics cookie is set and nothing is sent. The site works identically either way.
Our host, Vercel, keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, requested page) to run and secure the site, as every host does.
What we never do
- No selling, renting, or trading your details. To anyone. Ever.
- No advertising trackers, no remarketing pixels.
- No newsletter you didn't ask for. If you book a call, you hear from us about that call.
Legal basis
For the EU-minded: booking and quiz follow-ups are processed because you asked us to act (contract and legitimate interest); analytics runs on your consent alone, which you can withdraw at any time below.
How long we keep it
Booking and quiz details stay as long as we're talking, or might be. Ask us to delete them and they're gone. Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for 14 months, then deleted automatically.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. One email to hello@myynd.ai does it. If you feel we've handled something badly, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
One choice, remembered in your browser: allow analytics or not. Change your mind whenever you like.
