Sole Agency was founded by Amanda and Tobia, an Italian-Brazilian founding team building AI-native digital systems for small businesses in Europe and Latin America. We started Sole because we kept seeing great businesses held back by bad tech.
Amanda leads brand strategy, client relationships, and creative direction at Sole. She focuses on shaping clear positioning, building high-converting brand systems, and ensuring every client-facing touchpoint aligns with both business goals and long-term brand value. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, communication, and execution, helping transform ideas into brands that feel credible, distinctive, and built to scale.
Tobia leads the technical side of Sole, building AI agents, automation systems, and software solutions designed for real-world performance. He oversees the architecture and development behind the company's products, bringing the technical precision needed to turn strategy into reliable, scalable execution. His work ensures Sole delivers systems that are not only innovative, but practical, efficient, and built to last.
